Solo Sellers

A unique opportunity designed for Scouts whose packs and troops are not participating in the council popcorn fundraiser.

Solo Sellers gives those Scouts – with parental support and permission – the opportunity to sell popcorn while earning the same incentives offered to other Scouts, including Amazon gift cards and the ability to earn their 2025 summer camp experiences at Ingersoll Scout Reservation.

Plus, they’ll earn a 35% commission on all sales, paid in the form of a Scout Shop gift card!

That means for EVERY $25 popcorn sale, they’ll earn almost $9 towards uniforms, books, camping gear – you name it! – from the Scout Shop!

Note: There is no expectation of logistical or financial involvement of the Scout’s regular Scouting unit.

Getting Started

To get started, the Scout’s parent must complete the permission form found here.Β

After completing the permission form, the Scout or their parent may register online utilizing the instructions provided in the permission acknowledgment email.Β

Two Ways to Sell:

Selling Online

Scouts can begin selling right away by customizing and sharing their personal “online store” page with friends and family! Selling through the online store gives customers access to more products, discounted bundles and shipping directly to their homes. All sales are completed with a credit or debit card, without the Scout having to handle cash or credit card info.

Take Orders

Scouts can also take orders for later delivery. Popcorn ordered in this manner will be available for pickup by parents on November 14 in East Peoria, Bloomington or Peru, depending on where the Scout lives. Orders can be recorded and payments taken directly in the app. If a paper order form is needed, it can be downloaded here. (Additional information regarding pick-up times and locations will be available closer to the date.)

Note: Wagon and Storefront Sales are not currently available for Solo Sellers.
